Event supplies and rentals, balloon and fabric artistry, DECO does professional balloon artistry and spandex type stretch decorations. Our supplies include chair covers, tablecloth with matching or alternative napkins etc. Colours or quantity are no problem. You tell us what you want or we advise you accordingly and then leave the bull-work to us.
